The role of the B2CS consulting team is to provide:
- A facilitation and consulting function for the business continuity initiative
- Expertise in IT service continuity and business continuity best practice
- Guidance to the business and IT continuity representatives from across the organisation based on international standards
- Input into risk management processes including pandemic planning, crisis management and emergency response forums
- Coordination of business and IT continuity efforts to ensure enterprise wide alignment of resources
The role of the B2CS consultant will be to manage and drive the process of enhancing the recovery capability through the provision of expert advice and guidance and the use of B2CS continuity methodology. We will work closely with your nominated business continuity and IT service continuity project managers to ensure their active participation
